The house also has a large, deluxe European kitchen with dishwasher, security alarm, cable TV and DVD player, and DSL wireless internet connection. The expansive covered patio provides a lovely area for relaxing in the shade and enjoying the ocean breezes, with a spectacular view of the swimming pool. There is also an outdoor dining table, so that you can eat your breakfast, lunch and dinner outside if you wish. The backyard is completely fenced and landscaped with white gravel and plant beds, watered with a drip irrigation system. You are just a 5-minute drive away from the beach or the beautiful Tierra Del Sol golf course and only 10 minutes from downtown Oranjestad.

The price of $1550,- per week applies for a minimum stay of 2 weeks in the off season and a maximum occupancy of 8 people.
The price includes transportation from and to the airport on Aruba, weekly cleaning service and pool service twice a week. There is an additional charge of $120,-/week for utilities. Any higher usage will be deducted from the security deposit at the end of the rental period, when the meters are read. A security deposit of $300,- must be paid in advance, in cash, upon arrival.
You will be handed the keys to the villa when you arrive and given a tour and explanation of how everything works. There will also, of course, be a drink and a fully stocked refrigerator waiting for you
