This is a gorgeous villa, which sleeps a maximum of 6-8 people. It is a brand new, luxurious house in the Sabana Liber Villa Park, on the northwest side of Aruba, along the main road to Alto Vista Chapel. The villa park is spaciously designed, so that residents can enjoy plenty of seclusion.
The house has a large, fenced-in yard for absolute privacy when sunbathing and swimming in the pool. There is a large kitchen, equipped with all the latest appliances and cookware. The beach and city are only a 5-minute drive away. The house has 3 large bedrooms (each with its own air conditioning unit and TV) and 2 bathrooms. A hot-water heater in the storeroom ensures plenty of hot water; there is also a washing machine on the premises.

The price of $1350,- per week applies for a minimum stay of 2 weeks in the off season and a maximum occupancy of 6 people.
The price includes transportation from and to the airport on Aruba, weekly cleaning service and pool service twice a week. There is an additional charge of $90,-/week for utilities. Any higher usage will be deducted from the security deposit at the end of the rental period, when the meters are read. A security deposit of $300,- must be paid in advance, in cash, upon arrival.
You will be handed the keys to the villa when you arrive and given a tour and explanation of how everything works. There will also, of course, be a drink and a fully stocked refrigerator waiting for you.
